T&D Clothing works with third-party fulfillment and shipping partners to produce and deliver orders.

Shipping Destinations

Europe
Australia

Available shipping destinations may vary depending on the product and fulfillment location.

Processing & Delivery

Because our products are made to order, orders require processing and production before they are shipped.

Delivery times shown at checkout or communicated by our shipping providers are estimated delivery times and are not guaranteed.

Actual delivery times may vary due to production, carrier delays, customs processing, weather, holidays, or other circumstances outside T&D Clothing's control.

Tracking

When tracking information is available, it will be provided to the customer. Customers are responsible for monitoring their shipment and ensuring that someone is available to receive the package when necessary.

Shipping Delays

T&D Clothing is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, customs authorities, weather, holidays, transportation disruptions, or other circumstances outside our reasonable control.

If your order is delayed, please contact the shipping carrier using the tracking information provided. T&D Clothing will assist where reasonably possible.

Lost or Missing Packages

If tracking shows that a package has been delivered but you cannot locate it, please contact the shipping carrier first and open an investigation if necessary.

T&D Clothing may assist with the carrier investigation where possible but cannot guarantee a refund or replacement for packages confirmed as delivered by the carrier.

Incorrect Shipping Address

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address when placing an order.

If an incorrect or incomplete address is provided, T&D Clothing will make reasonable efforts to assist. However, any additional shipping or reshipping costs resulting from an incorrect customer-provided address may be the customer's responsibility.

Customs, Duties & Import Fees

International orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes, VAT, or other import charges imposed by the destination country.

These charges are the responsibility of the customer. T&D Clothing does not control the amount of these charges and cannot guarantee whether they will apply to a particular order.

By placing an international order, you acknowledge that additional customs or import charges may apply.
